Shibaali is a collaboration between Rouzbeh and Habib Meftah, a Paris-based percussionist, singer, and composer rooted in the musical traditions of Bushehr in southern Iran. Habib brings decades of performance experience alongside artists like Adnan Joubran, Azam Ali, and Titi Robin, while Rouzbeh contributes his deep command of both Western music and Iranian folk traditions, along with his work as a composer and electronic music producer. Together, the two craft an electro-folk sound that bridges the rhythms and textures of southern Iran with contemporary electronic music.
